Myth busting has definitely helped me, and the healthy plate visual as well as the balanced eating module really helped me put things into practice. Alhamdulillah. I feel so much calmer and I approach nutrition without feeling bad or labeling foods as bad. It's okay to be flexible, and I just try to balance out my meals as much as possible.
