The Prophet ﷺ said

"Your body has a right over you."

Your health is not something to obsess over.

And it is not something to neglect.

It is an amanah — something to understand, nourish, and care for with intention.

You're in the right place if…

  • You feel overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition advice
  • You want to become healthier, but not obsessive
  • You feel guilt around food and want a more balanced relationship with eating
  • You want to care for your hormones, energy, future family, or current family
  • You don't know what health advice to trust anymore
  • You want to learn in a private Muslim women-only space

You're not the problem.
The confusion is.

Nutrition and health have been turned into something exhausting.

One person tells you carbs are the problem. Another says seed oils. Another says weight loss is only willpower. Another says every symptom means a new supplement.

Instead of clarity, you're given trends, fear-based advice, and oversimplified claims that aren't grounded in real human evidence.

That is why things feel confusing.

Sisters in Nourishment

This is where you stop guessing.

This is not another space simply telling you what to do. It's where you learn how to understand what you're doing — so you can make decisions with more confidence, calm, and intention.

Through

Evidence

Not fear, trends, or random online claims.

Through

Balance

Not restriction, guilt, or all-or-nothing thinking.

Through

Deen

Because caring for your body is connected to your amanah, worship, family, and future.

I'm Ayah, and I know what it feels like to be confused.

When I was diagnosed with PCOS, I felt completely lost. I didn't know which nutrition advice was true, what actually mattered, or how to take care of my body without feeling overwhelmed.

That experience is part of what led me to study nutrition and dietetics. And the more I learned, the more I realized: so many Muslim women are trying to care for their health, but they're surrounded by confusing advice, fear-based messaging, and spaces that don't consider our deen, modesty, lifestyle, or intentions.

That's why I created Sisters in Nourishment — a space where Muslim women can learn about nutrition and health in a way that is evidence-based, practical, gentle, and rooted in Islamic intention.

I don't teach restriction or perfection.
I teach understanding.

Inside, you'll learn how to:

  • Build balanced meals without overthinking
  • Understand what actually matters for your health
  • Approach weight loss without extreme dieting
  • Let go of guilt and all-or-nothing thinking
  • Support your body through different seasons of womanhood
  • Understand gut health, fertility, pregnancy nutrition, and long-term health
  • Make health decisions with more confidence
  • Care for your body as an amanah

Sisters' words

What sisters are saying

Myth busting has definitely helped me, and the healthy plate visual as well as the balanced eating module really helped me put things into practice. Alhamdulillah. I feel so much calmer and I approach nutrition without feeling bad or labeling foods as bad. It's okay to be flexible, and I just try to balance out my meals as much as possible.

"Your body is an amanah, and you should learn to take care of it based on real evidence and not just hearsay."

Very informative. The most helpful thing I learned was about cancer's link with red meat and processed meat. No more sausages at home.
